Imagine holding a glass filled with muddy water. If you were thirsty and wanted to drink clean, refreshing water, what would you do first? Would you simply pour fresh water on top of the mud and hope it clears up? Or would you empty the glass, clean it, and then fill it with pure water?

The same principle applies to your mind. If you want peace, joy, and clarity, you must first empty your cup - release the burdens, the impressions, the pain, and the negative emotions that cloud your inner stillness.

Why We Struggle to Find Peace

Life often fills our minds with stress, regrets, anger, and fear. Like dirt accumulating in a glass, these thoughts and emotions create mental clutter that blocks our ability to experience true calm. We seek happiness, yet we hold onto resentment. We long for clarity, yet we replay past failures.
